LearningFLOW is the process of embedding agile values and principles into traditional education. Daily practice leans out the educational processes of lesson planning, unit development, and overall instruction using Agile. By focusing on student autonomy, purpose, and application educators develop an Agile mindset that allows educators to embed their standards-based curriculum with Social-Emotional, Executive Functioning, and business skills that are essential for learning in 2021. Both students and teachers will learn how pull-based education can transform facilitation and learning that serves all stakeholders. LearningFLOW will unleash flow in your classroom for yourself and your students. All educators in the course have the potential to earn blockchain based micro-credentials in LearningFLOW that can serve as professional development and certifications on an educators resume.
