Service Description

In our 3-hour introduction class, you will receive your own Kanban board and learn how to organize your assignments, prioritize work and manage your time. You will learn all of the necessary skills to pull their needs to them. Grounded in executive functioning skills, you will be able to create flow in your life by implementing efficient systems to manage your work, extracurricular and family obligations.
